I'm hoping someone will be able to give me a quick pointer to get my music playing again. Apologies for anyone who has seen this same query over on forums.logitech.com - I'm hoping a wider audience here will help me find the solution quickly.
I've just replaced my Windows 7 32-bit Pro PC with a Windows 7 64-bit Pro PC. I have a Squeezebox Duet and controller which were working properly on the old system. Installing SqueezeboxServer 7.5.6 has hit a brick wall. I plan to stay with 7.5.6 because it was working fine and I like fishbone.
I thought that this old thread might hold the solution - http://forums.slimdevices.com/showth...l=1#post636307 I have added the firewall rules as described there but still have no connection to the Duet.
I have tried all combinations of turning off (separately and together) Windows firewall and Avast antivirus, but still SBS won't pick up the Duet.
The Duet and controller do work through MySqueezebox.com and will stream internet radio.
Hopefully the attached server log will help someone point me to a thread which contains the solution, or pinpoint the issue.
All help gratefully received! I've got Bob Dylan's new album and no hi-fi to listen to it :(
