Transporter can't connect to LMS 7.9 OS X yosemite

Another newbie question:

I am unable to connect my transporter to the freshly installed LMS 7.9 on a Yosemite Mac mini. All connections are wired. Both transporter and Mac mini are connected to the same gigabit switch. They are all under same subnet. Both have its own assigned static IP from the router.

I have reset the transporter and run through the setup wizard. it can not find the server on mac mini. Under the setting in mac mini, it does show that the server is running.

I have no problem finding and connecting to the server on the win 7 PC.
