Forgot user name and password to my LMS

Is there a way I can find my user name for LMS 7.9 in W7?

Or can I edit something in my registry or similar, to delete my user name and pw.

Or is the only option to reinstall ?

And just so there will be no missunderstanding. I'm talkinabout LMS. Not anything else, like Squeezebox.

I was able to remember my username and pw, but maybe this still can be answered for otheres if needed.
