Error after every 7.9.x new build update

Hi

I get the attached error every time I complete an update on Win 10 (? related to allowing immediate launch of Control Panel after install).

Not a big deal as everything seems to work fine afterwards (and the desktop CP launches OK).

Is this a known issue ?
