Hi,
I've got a couple of Duets, two Radios, a Touch and a Boom and run LMS (7.7.2) on a NAS and have had almost trouble-free operation for at least two or three years now.
One minor issue I do have results from the buggy way in which scanning for changed files occurs. It seems that I'm not alone in having to run the "clear library and rescan" to avoid any issues (eg recognizing changed tags/cover art, clearing out artists that have been removed etc) but doing this seems also to clear my playlists.
I can't seem to access the playlists to back them up - I think that this is due to me running LMS on the ReadyNAS.
So what can I do to update my missing covers (and rid myself of "Iggy And The Stooges" - when it should've been "Iggy and the Stooges"...) without losing my playlists? I'm guessing that I won't be able to force LMS to do this so I was hoping someone might have an idiot's guide to accessing and backing up the playlists via a Windows PC.
Or am I just missing something really simple here? Many thanks in advance...
