Hi all,
I have a directory filled with flac files, all ripped by abcde from an original CD in a single session. All the files contain only vorbis tags, and all the files but one work fine. One, however, is showing in LMS and on-screen during playback with a bogus Album title as per above.
bad file Album field shows as: "ARRAY(0xd74c) - box"
good file Album field shows as: "Everything Counts / Live"
Obviously these show up as two separate albums in LMS as a side effect.
Bad file FLAC tag:
METADATA block #2
type: 4 (VORBIS_COMMENT)
is last: false
length: 440
vendor string: reference libFLAC 1.2.1 20070917

comment[0]: TITLE=Everything Counts (Absolut Mix)
comment[1]: ARTIST=Depeche Mode
comment[2]: ALBUM=Everything Counts

comment[5]: TRACKNUMBER=08

I note there's two ALBUM tags here .. so I will rewrite the tags, but I don't understand why this one track is being treated differently from the others? Any thoughts/ideas?
LMS v 7.9.0 stable (though this probably pre-existed on the nightlies I just didn't notice), on Debian/Stable i386.
Cheers,
Matt.
