Problems with playing music folders on LMS 7.9

Dear people,

Have this problem with music folders on 7.9
I usually play music via music folders - and its all working fine on 7.8
On 7.9 - whenever I select a music folder and click play - LMS will play files in the selected folder (and sub folder if any)
Problem is that when I navigate to the same folder again - all music files are gone from the folder view in LMS. Also there will be this play icon appearing next to the affected folder. Even if I go ahead and select other folders and click play - tha play icon will continue appearing next to the previous selected folder with all music files gone. The play icon will next to the folder will not go away.

The only way out is to do a rescan and the music files will reappear in LMS folder view again. This problem only exist in version 7.9 and above. On 7.8 is perfectly fine. Any ideas how to fix this?
