Wanted to try the latest Spotty plug-in. It appears under Settings | Plug-ins at the top under "Updated Plug-ins available":
1. I select the updated plug-in and press 'Apply' at the bottom right
2. Next a pop-up appears saying 'Changes will take place at the next application restart. Please click here to restart the server now.' And then I'm presented with two options: 'Restart Now' and 'Restart later'
3. 'Restart Now' then pops-up the message "LMS is being restarted. Please wait a minute before you continue. with the option 'OK'
4. Pressing OK nothing happens; i.e the 'updated plugings available' still show and are not enabled.
What am I doing wrong here? I'm running LMS 7.9.1
