Since updating to Win 10 2004, latest version Chrome now puts black focus lines around many selected elements. "Search" shown below and also noticed the same effect when selecting transport and volume buttons.

This on LMS 7.9.3 release from a few days ago.
Same with Microsoft Edge; Firefox and Opera preserve the old behavior. Kinda fugly, but does not seem to affect functionality.
