There's no known hard limitation. The largest I've heard off was well
beyond 500k tracks. If your library has been running with 7.5, then it
should still work. That said there are plugins which might chew a bit
longer (eg. full text search). And make sure you enable "maximum" memory
usage for the database in Settings/Advanced/Performance (if you have 1GB
or more - which you should have with a library that large).
