Can't see iTunes playlists

Hi All. Hope someone can help. I've got three Logitech radios and a boom. Recently I had to reinstall iTunes and install a new hard disk to hold all my MP3s. I have checked that the Logitech server is running on my rebuilt PC, but although all my Logitech radios can see the music folders, it's not showing any of my playlists. I've reset all preferences and restored all units to their factory settings (a bit drastic I know!), but it hasn't helped. the XML file is where it should be and the Logitech server is pointing to the file.

Wonder if anyone has any thoughts? I've run out of ideas.
