Web page not loading....driving me crazy!

Hi All - I had to reset my qnap412 and after this needed to install the media server again so opted for the latest version.
Installation went just fine but when I try to launch it I keep getting the message that the webpage does not excists so I cannot reach the web user interface.
IP 192.168.1.116 and its adding 9001 to this......

Any suggestions???
